eye care tips


Eyes is one of the most important organs, without a healthy eye, we can not do various activities such as seeing, walking, reading and others are correct. The eyes are also often referred to as the 'window of the heart' because we can see how people's feelings through the eyes. because once the importance of eye function, then we need to do maintenance on our eyes. The following are some things to be done to treat the eye:

1. Protect your eyes from the sun
As in the daytime activity outdoors, make sure to use sunscreen or use eye gel to refresh eye. Instead, use sunglasses that can protect from ultraviolet light, or use an umbrella or a hat

2. Drink plenty of water
This will prevent dehydration which means it can prevent the occurrence of wrinkles in the eye.

3. Do eye exercises

4. Consumption of fruit and vegetables
Content of minerals, vitamins in fruits is a useful nutrient for eye beauty, besides also useful for skin and body health. Particularly, vitamin C in fruits or vegetables can help the formation of collagen increase the elasticity of the eye.

5. Clean the eyes of cosmetics before sleep

6. Eye compress
